- It may vary depending on the workload of our relevant teams. These teams are working very intensely to review and finalize your application as soon as possible.
+ I have submitted missing/incorrect information during the application, what should I do?
- If you submit missing or incorrect information, you must fill out the application form again and create a new application.
+ Why is my application rejected?
- Your application may be rejected by the relevant teams after reviewing it carefully and comprehensively. Providing correct information or sufficient documentation does not guarantee that your application will be accepted. You will be notified by email about the rejection reason of your application.
+ Is it necessary to open a corporate account for higher transaction volumes?
- You do not need to open a corporate account for higher transaction volumes. You can use your personal account within your daily and monthly transaction limits. When your limit is full, you can apply for a limit increase request.
+ I already have a corporate account on Binance TR. What should I do to update/increase my limits?
- You can send your limit increase request via email to the Binance TR Corporate email address you are already in contact with, or you can contact Customer Support.
